igesch what can i say.. A&S is a true sonic gift.

I can feel that this extraordinary generous drone-alchemist is slowly on becoming a true legend or myth in the psycho-active sound realms of what is called ambient or drone, even in today's saturated digital era.
I could imagine that at one point his ongoing/growing discography will be sought after by many others who do now overlook him for some reason or another..

As i speak for myself i feel very fortunate to witness this young -no less than- 'genius' at his deep bottomless well of creativity, at this very moment we are living in..

L.Tech The expression, "Don't judge a book by its cover" certainly applies to A&S's new release ... Console. Despite the album's minimalist artwork and enigmatic title, the music within is an astoundingly complex system of pulsating deep drone ambient energy.

At over 2 hours in length, Console defines and articulates the sonic awareness of space travel and cosmic journey. Perhaps the gold coin on the album cover is an ancient astronaut ... just perhaps. Another brilliant project from A&S! Favorite track: untitled.

If you are a usual player of The Long Dark or The Hunter Call of the Wild in the Medved Taiga reserve, you will probably understand why I like these five winter themed albums so much.
